If you receive a damaged item in your order or if a substitute item isn't suitable, you can: Contact our customer care team member who can process a refund for the item. Speak to one of our team members in store at the customer service desk. Please have the product available to scan and details of your purchase including payment. Refunds will be processed in 2-5 business days.
